From concept to completion — a showcase of our latest and greatest work.
On 21 March 2025, ADB, in partnership with Armenia’s Ministry of Environment and the Water Committee, hosted a workshop on sustainable solutions for Lake Sevan. Experts, government officials, and civil society discussed climate impacts, low-carbon wastewater treatment, and investment strategies to protect Armenia’s largest freshwater resource. ADB also presented an action plan to align environmental protection with economic growth for a more sustainable future.
With funding from the Asian Development Bank, BIM Engineering Consulting has launched a preliminary techno-economic feasibility study focused on the collection and treatment of wastewater flowing into the Lake Sevan basin. During a recent meeting with Martiros Nalbandyan, Acting Chairman of the Water Committee, and Deputy Chairman Davit Mkrtchyan, company representatives announced that intensive field assessments will be conducted in the coming months to evaluate the current situation.

2024 – Within the framework of the "Clean Armenia" program by the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia: A) Cleaning and restoration of irrigation and drainage canals; B) Construction of new sewer systems in 900 settlements in the Republic of Armenia under the “Clean Armenia” subprogram.
For the needs of the Alagyaz Municipality: Construction of a drinking water pipeline in Alagyaz settlement; rehabilitation of the drinking water pipelines in the Mirak and Rya-Taza administrative areas. Development of design and cost estimate documentation as part of consulting services.
